    Fabulous

    Room 306 extremely small!

    Fabulous

The cleanness and comfort of the room, lovely fluffy towels. The room smelled like orange blossom all the time. The complementary bottIe of water every night was a nice touch. I in the stayed for 5 nights in a very small suprior single room 306 (was good enough for me) and returned again after a trip to Ireland and stayed in a superior double very nice size room (304) all rooms face the main road but no problem with the noise. The wi fi connection was better in the double room

The fact that the front desk staff didnt try enough to remember you or your room number even though I stayed there for 8 nightswould think this would be no problem in small size hotel. The wi fi was very poor in my single room. An electrical kettle would have been a real plus.

very clean and staff was very accomodating. One of the front desk people even let me use her IPad to book my flight. Loved the washer and dryer. Got this at the last minute after searching all over London for a place. Very happy with it. We ended up staying another night.

    Fabulous

It's a very nice hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, although (as always in London) very, very small

Quiet noisy (my room was on Cromwell Road). Small rooms. A/c did not work properly and was immensely noisy as well

    Fabulous

Perfect hotel for a short stay in London. Close to Exhibition Road for Museums, V&A etc - but obviously would need to use the tube/bus to go further afield.

We felt a bit ripped off that there were not tea/coffee making facilities int he room - even the basic of hotels provide this service. They do room service and tea/coffee can be ordered - at a non too considerable cost - this seems a bit grasping. Other than this ommission this hotel would have been perfect.

    Good

The rooms especially at the LG level are very spacious for London standards.

Had to change 3 rooms in a 4 night-stay. 1st room had electrical problems. 2nd room was too small (bed and bathroom half the size of the 1st one). Finally moved to a nice room on the LG level.

    Superb

Our room was a Superior room which came with a balcony/garden area with chair and seats which was a nice addition. My partner and I were there on business so this meant that we each had a work space (the sun was shining during this week). The space of the room was large and excellent for two persons with a load of computers and books etc and made our stay really comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets and pillows of an excellent quality. Any request to the staff was managed really quickly - from an iron, to a taxi, to drinks to printing pages and pages of a business document for me - and at no charge which was really nice of them. It was incredibly hot while we were there and my partner returned after we had checked out to collect the luggage they were storing for us, and they very very kindly allowed him to use the shower of a new room before our departure - this was really very kind of them and very impressive in terms of service.

The only thing that was negative was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. As we were not staying as tourists, having some facilities to make these drinks ourselves would have been an added convenience. Having said that, whenever we ordered coffee/tea through room service it was always incredibly quick. I however, would strongly recommend that the hotel include just a small kettle and something to make 1-2 coffees/teas a day - not much, just something so that if guests on business and in a rush or late/early, they can easily manage themselves. It's only small, but having this service would impact whether I would book there again for a business trip.

    Guest rating

It is a quite boutique style hotel with a pleasant front of house staff

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in any room and the room we stayed in (201) had no shower door, just a curtain across and this meant that the shower water tended to run onto the floor. Also the sink in the very small shower room had a bad smell and needed a thorough cleaning. Also, we stayed with another couple of friends and our case was taken to there room and there case to ours inspite of the fact that room numbers had been labelled on the cases.

    Superb

A hotel that punches above its weight. Lots of lovely little touches which show that owners and staff are really aiming to please. Will definitely recommend to others and will pay a return visit.

    Very good

    Bathroom facilities

My single room - was awfully small!

    Fabulous

The rooms are very comfortable and clean! The hotel is just a 3min walk from the Earl's Court District Line underground station, so it is very easy for commuting around the town. Besides, there are several restaurants nearby (fish&chips, Burger King, McDonalds, italian restaurants...).

The only thing was the refrigerator that didn't work, but once we didn't use it, we really didn't make any real effort to get it replaced.

    Exclusive

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean and nice. Overall it has been one of the nicest hotels I have seen and stayed so far in London. In addition, the closest Underground station is Earl's Court and the street leading to the hotel is packed with restaurants and cafes. So all in all definitively a nice place to stay! I highly recommend it...

    Nothing, all was great!

    Exclusive

The staff were friendly and attentitive..helped us with luggage, directions and sorted any problems we had.Our room was quiet although in central London...and isolated from other guests.Location perfect for shopping in Kensington or visiting Palace and Albert Hall for concerts/events.Spotless.Room service and minibar ,tv available.,lovely garden too.Quite good price considering area.good if you can get a deal and they will e mail you with offers or through Booked.net.In general excellent and will return.

Only 2 small issues..first with comfort ..bedding could have been a little more varied and comfortable and also the extras for drinks can add up quickly and become expensive. The breakfast could be more tailored, separate items for people who eat less.

    Fabulous

Good location (within walking distance of Earls Court underground) and high standard of cleanliness in rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was inclusive and I had good connection from my room Nice toiletries!

Only thing missing was coffee/tea making facilities in the room. However, there was complimentary water and a mini-bar.

    Fabulous

Lovely bed linen, opening window, nice bathroom even if shower recess is only big enough for a slim person who doesn't need to bend down and pick up the soap! Lovely lobby with newspapers looks and feels very welcoming. I arrived early and was offered a cup of tea in the garden. This was very welcoming too.

I would have loved to have a kettle in my room so that I could make a cup of tea for myself. This is fairly standard in hotels and English people drink tea, so I expected it.I Am not made of money so could not afford room service every time I felt like a cup of tea, especially on waking in the morning. Also would have loved to have a full strength hair dryer, rather than one that only blows out a lot of lukewarm air.
